From the layout of the stand to

audiovisual: The aim of a stand
design should be to maximize the
impact of your products and
services on potential customers.
Consequently the first step for
a successful participation at an
exhibition is a suitable design!
We recommend you do not inquire
a design from a company if you
can not physically meet up with
their designer. You should be
involved from the first sketch
to the final rendering.
Explaining your wishes via email
or phone can be difficult and
frustrating.
If you are located in the UAE we
will provide you with a stand
design, there after either hand
the project over to our
contractor or fly out ourselves
to the destination of your
exhibition to build the stand
for you!

to store and re-use, often

present to build your stand we

Organizing an exhibition can be
hard work, requiring a large
team of Management, Sales &
Marketing, Operations, Accounts
and Service staff!
We offer a full exhibition
project management service to
assist you in every aspect of
the Event!
The Organization of an
exhibition outside of our
location will require a
co-organizer who is located in
that particular country, which
in most cases works out to our
advantage!
Tasks can be split up and
promotion will take place in 2
different countries allowing
customers to book their
participation at 2 different
locations.
